How to manage your TEKTON subscription and billing preferences.

Managing Your Subscription

Control your TEKTON subscription with these steps:

Viewing your current plan

To check your subscription status:

  1. Log in to your TEKTON account
  2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
  3. Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu
  4. Navigate to the "Subscription" tab
  5. View your current plan, renewal date, and payment method

Changing your subscription plan

To upgrade or downgrade your subscription:

  1. Go to "Account Settings" > "Subscription"
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Review available plans and select your preferred option
  4. Confirm your selection
  5. If upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately
  6. If downgrading, changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle

Canceling your subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to "Account Settings" > "Subscription"
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Select a reason for cancellation (helps us improve)
  4. Confirm cancellation
  5. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period

Reactivating a canceled subscription

If you've previously canceled:

  1. Go to "Account Settings" > "Subscription"
  2. Click "Reactivate Subscription"
  3. Choose a plan
  4. Confirm payment details
  5. Your subscription will be reactivated immediately
