Managing Your Subscription
Control your TEKTON subscription with these steps:
Viewing your current plan
To check your subscription status:
- Log in to your TEKTON account
- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
- Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu
- Navigate to the "Subscription" tab
- View your current plan, renewal date, and payment method
Changing your subscription plan
To upgrade or downgrade your subscription:
- Go to "Account Settings" > "Subscription"
- Click "Change Plan"
- Review available plans and select your preferred option
- Confirm your selection
- If upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately
- If downgrading, changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
Canceling your subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to "Account Settings" > "Subscription"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Select a reason for cancellation (helps us improve)
- Confirm cancellation
- You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
Reactivating a canceled subscription
If you've previously canceled:
- Go to "Account Settings" > "Subscription"
- Click "Reactivate Subscription"
- Choose a plan
- Confirm payment details
- Your subscription will be reactivated immediately
